Refund Policy

One-time credit packs

Single, Trio, and Crew are one-time purchases for generation credits. Credits do not expire in the first release and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Failed generations

Each generation uses one credit when a task starts. If the provider fails, times out, returns no usable video, or produces an invalid output, the credit is automatically returned to the same account. Repeated callbacks do not create repeated refunds.

The normal output is a 19- or 26-second, 9:16 vertical MP4 video with the selected source soundtrack preserved. A result that is technically returned but unusable because the service did not meet that output contract is handled as a failed generation.

Payment refunds

Payment refunds are reviewed against the payment provider's rules and applicable law. Contact support with your order number, account email, and a short explanation of the issue. Do not send card numbers or passwords.
