Acceptance

By visiting or using Bulin47 AI, you agree to these Terms of Service and the linked privacy, refund, and content policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The Service

Bulin47 AI provides a focused image-to-video workflow. You can upload one authorized image, choose Original or World Cup and Standard or HD quality, and request a 19- or 26-second, 9:16 vertical video with the selected source soundtrack preserved. We may add, change, limit, suspend, or discontinue features as the service evolves.

Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, the security of your credentials, and activity under your account. Tell us through support if you believe your account has been accessed without permission. You must be legally able to use an online paid service where you live, and you must not create an account for someone else without authorization.

Uploads, Rights, and Consent

You must own or have permission to upload and process every image. Every person shown must be 18 or older and, where required, must have consented to the use. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit to the configured generation provider, and return the image and resulting video for your request.

You must not upload private images without permission, official logos, songs, music videos, protected footage, or material that violates another person's rights. See the content policy for prohibited uses.

Generated Videos

AI generation can be unpredictable. We do not promise that a result will be accurate, recognizable, suitable for publication, or free of visual errors. You are responsible for previewing and reviewing every result before sharing it, especially for identity, safety, text, branding, and rights issues. You are also responsible for any music, logo, caption, or other material added after download.

The service does not provide official artist music, voices, logos, performances, or footage. Bulin47 AI is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or their teams.

Credits, Payments, and Refunds

Single, Trio, and Crew are one-time credit packs. Each generation attempt uses one credit. Credits do not expire in the first release and cannot be exchanged for cash. Prices and available payment methods are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

If a generation fails, times out, returns no usable video, or produces an invalid output, the consumed generation credit is automatically returned to the same account. Payment refunds are reviewed under the refund policy, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law.

Acceptable Use and Enforcement

You may not use the service for unlawful activity, sexual content, exploitation, harassment, impersonation, deceptive political content, malware, spam, unauthorized likeness or voice generation, or attempts to copy protected music, logos, performances, or footage. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, reverse engineer protected portions, or abuse credits and payment flows.

We may reject an upload, cancel a task, remove a result, limit features, suspend an account, or cooperate with lawful requests when we reasonably believe these Terms or the content policy have been violated.

Intellectual Property

The service, its software, branding, interface, and original materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your original image to us. You keep responsibility for the rights in your uploads and for determining what rights, if any, you have in an AI-generated result.

Availability and Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose. We are not responsible for third-party providers, network failures, or content you choose to upload or publish.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bulin47 AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, reputation, or expected results arising from use of the service.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page identifies the current version. For questions about an account, task, credit, payment, or policy, use the support feature on the website and include your account email and relevant order or task details. Do not send passwords or full payment-card numbers.
